To order medals/certificates, please complete the online order form below by the end of 12th December 2022.

Each form submitted is for one medal/certificate.

If you are ordering a teacher certificate, please fill in the teacher's name at the "winner's name".

Please ensure that you filled in the correct and most recent address. We are unable to resend the medals/certificates caused by address errors or recipient refusal.

The orders will be dispatched within one month after the deadline.

Once your orders have been dispatched, you will receive an email notification. You will also receive a tracking link. The estimated delivery time: 2-3 weeks in Europe after dispatch, 3-4 weeks in other areas after dispatch.
